Cooking with Ras Iroy

This is quite an immersive adventure. It is a cooking experience which takes place on a Rastafarian farm. The cuisine is vegan.

What to Expect

Participants would harvest their ingredients on the farm and then cook them as instructed by Chef Ras Iroy. The cooking is done on an open fire and in earthenware (clay pots made on Nevis from Nevis clay). Participants in groups of two or three individuals would have their own pot and fire. Participants would dine on the food they cooked. This is a fantastic tour for couples, families, or groups. We could incorporate team-building exercises in this tour, if desired.
